ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Line hire of $16.00 per person
- Cleaning service of $300 per stay
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- Use of all Black Barrel Lodge facilities
- WiFi
- SKY Television
- All utility costs (inclusive of firewood and BBQ gas)
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Minimum stay 2 nights
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking
- The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of your stay
- For cancellations made less than 60 days before commencement of stay, the total amount will be charged
- Full payment is required 10 days before the start of your stay
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Check in at 2:30pm, check out at 10am (some flexibility can be arranged during off-peak times)
- Maximum of 12 guests unless agreed prior to booking
- Guests staying must resemble group at time of booking (Management reserves the right to request formal identification of intended guests)
- No pets allowed unless agreed prior to booking
- No smoking inside the Lodge
- No functions or parties unless agreed prior to booking
- Abuse of the property or breach of the above terms and conditions may result in instant eviction without refund of rental costs
